Panel Discussion - Envisioning the Future of the Workplace in Asia’s Financial Industry

 20221215 getronic panel post

The pandemic forced financial institutions across the region to re-think the work environment as millions of staff across the region were confined to working from home. For many staff, this was a benefit as it shortened commutes and often improved productivity. For others, it was more challenging as it meant juggling personal and professional commitments.

As we move back into a new normal, for many institutions, the hybrid has become the new normal, catering to both those who would prefer WFH and those who are happy to come back to the office.

Financial institutions, for their part, once again need to think about how they structure their workplace to be able to cater to an increasingly fickle and demanding workforce in a very tight job market. Banks need to be able to cater to both individuals who would rather work from home or those that want to come back to the office while at the same time keeping on top of security and compliance requirements. To accomplish this, technology is critical.

Join us on January 19th for our upcoming virtual expert panel, “Envisioning the Future of the Workplace in Asia’s Financial Industry,” hosted by Kapronasia in partnership with Getronics.
